What's The Areas Do We Cover,
The areas we cover are a large selection of the northwest, from Wigan, St Helens, Bolton, Warrington, Leigh, Chorley, Atherton, Hindley, Westhoughton, Salford, Parts Of Preston, Bury, Manchester and Blackburn. some areas might incur a delivery charge but on the drop list of postcodes you will see how much this would be,
If your postcode is not in the drop down box please give us a quick email from the Contact us page and well see if this would be possible if we could or couldn't.
Our season is April To October Which are our busiest months so we might be unable to offer our services throughout these months if your postcode ain't listed,
Can I Keep The Castle Overnight?
Yes Most our items can be kept overnight subject to availability. This is an additional charge and you can view the price for overnight hire on all inflatables.
You can either pre-book in advance, or ask the delivery driver when setting up the castle if this is available. Or you can phone before 3pm before 5pm pick up collections,
Asking for a castle to be kept overnight over the 3pm will result in an additional £10 charge added onto the overnight fee.
Castles Can be refused to be left overnight if the castle is not in a secure garden/ area.
All overnight Hires are collected from 7.30am the next morning. Our disco Domes and other larger equipment have the prices on the description of how much they would be to have overnight.
Are Generators supplied?
No these ain't supplied unless requested at an additional charge of £25.00 onwards, this is just for the generator, we will fill this up once but after that it is your responsibility to make sure petrol/diesel is available for the generators, we now do not provide additional fuel, this is your responsibility to source.
All that is required to power a castle is a standard plug socket
Specific Times Required?
If You require a castle/item to be set up or collected for a specific time this would incur a charge of up to £45 depending on times which will impose a specific time charge.
If specific times for morning delivery and collections are required this needs to be confirmed by email.
If you require a 7pm collection this is a charge £25, 8pm is £35 and last collection is 9pm charged at £45. This is upon request and if available on the date required, these have to be agreed before hand by email so can be added on to the booking so routes would then be planned around these.
Do We Have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes we do have up to £10 million public liability insurance, 10 million can be supplied on a day cover at an additional charge, we advise all large events to look into the additional cover.
Can Our Castles/Items Be Setup Indoors?
Yes Most are items can be set up indoors, when booking this we do advise you have the measurements of the room to hand to check regarding the item you have in mind all heights have been added onto the listings descriptions.
What Times Do We Normally Drop Off And Pick Up?
We do our standard delivery's between 7.30am and 12pm in the morning and our collections start from 5pm up-to 9pm in the summer months ( April-October) these are not specific times. We do not give specific or an estimate delivery time due to problems arising at deliveries.
winter months delivery's are made between 7.30am-11am and collection times are 4pm-8pm ( November-March)
If a timed delivery is required and a timed collection there would be a charge from £10 onwards as routes would have to be arranged to accommodate your times,
If delivery after 12pm is required we can accommodate the times required but specific time charge would be added and this needs to be confirmed
If We attempt delivery and unable to gain access and then we have to do a re-delivery to set up the inflatable this may be AFTER all the other delivery's are made before a redelivery is made, this would incur a charge of up-to £25 but we can't always guarantee a redelivery. This all depends what is booked on for the day.
How Can I Pay?
On booking a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking then outstanding payment is Required on DELIVERY. We have the right to refuse delivery if payment is not made on delivery and will not take payment on collection so please have this available on the date of your booking
Schools/councils/company's we do take payments through the bank/ cheque please inform and request details regarding this.
We do ask for payments to be made before the date of event or on delivery unless we have been informed before hand.
Venue's have to be paid before booking date so we are not having to sit around waiting on payment if we are able set up earlier with the venue.
If venue bookings are booked and full payment has not been made and the driver arrives to set up and unable to get payment, we will not leave the inflatable without payment. We will also not sit more then 20mins at a venue waiting due to other customers being booked in,
How Long Does IT Take To Set Up Items?
normally this takes 15mins for a castle depending where the item is situated, 20 mins to pack away these times are an estimate.
Larger items do take a significant amount of time which we advise when a booking is made to take into consideration.
What Surfaces Can The Castles Be Setup On?
All our Bouncy Inflatables can be set up on Grass, Gravel, Concrete, Tarmac, Astro Turf.
if a castle is being placed on concrete this will need to be drilled and bolted down,
We will bring the appropriate equipment what is required on the day to make the item secure and safe, This may result in drilling if on hard outdoor surface to secure the Item you have to hire,
Can I Cancel My Booking?
Yes you can contact us to cancel your booking but the non-refundable deposit is lost and any monies paid maybe lost depending on the notice time given. In the current situation around Covid any bookings cancelled due to isolating or a positive case in your house hold the non-refundable deposit will be secure to use on a future date of your choice when you are ready to re-book, we would however not refund this back to you
If the weather forecast bad raining you will receive a standard call from the driver just to just check if you would require the items if on an outdoor hire we understand on this matter then the item will be cancelled and if required to be moved to a different day we will do this for you if the item is still available!
Can WE Cancel A Booking?
** PLEASE NOTE, IF IN UNSAFE WEATHER CONDITIONS, SAFETY IS IMPORTANT.WE DO AND WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY OUTDOOR EVENT IN THE CASE OF WIND GUST IN THE ACCESS OF 24MPH AS THIS ADDS EXTRA RISK TO OUR RISK ASSESSMENT. THE DECISION ISN'T TAKEN LIGHTLY AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO DISCUSS OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE AND POSSIBLE FOR YOUR SELF'S. IF THE WEATHER IS RAINING WE WOULD NOT CANCEL THE BOOKING BUT IF WHEN WE ARRIVE AND YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL WE UNDERSTAND AND A REFUND OF AMOUNT PAID MINUS THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE SENT BACK AND THE DEPOSIT CARRIED OVER TO A FUTURE BOOKING,
Yes we can cancel a booking if the weather is issued a weather warning/ strong winds, if the garden is not clean to an expectable standard. if the drivers are unable to gain assess or you are not there to accept delivery we can refuse delivery.
Regarding Adult use?
Standard castles can be used with/by adults who are assisting children on the castle,
We have a number of Adult castles that state Adult castle which can be used for Adults, standard 12 x 15ft castles and below sizes are used only by children. Adults can go onto the castle to assist a child,
Do The Castles Come With Water Proof Rain Cover?
We would like to point our most our castles do come with shower covers not rain covers this will not keep the castle completely waterproof if it is continued rain and the size of the opening on the front of the items, we would strongly advise and recommend you towel dry the inflatable and areas surrounding to prevent from slipping, all our larger inflatables do not come with shower covers.
Castles May Still Result In Getting Wet
Money Will not refunded if a driver has to come back to collect the castle due to the weather? As you have received a service and accepted delivery of the inflatable on the time of delivery.
we would strongly advise and recommend you towel dry the inflatable and areas surrounding to prevent from slipping
When Are offers For?
Offer's will be found on both our News Page and on our Facebook Page some offers would be excluding weekends and bank holidays but we will state this on the offer.
Why Are Non-Refundable Deposits Taken?
A non-refundable Deposit is taken on orders as this secures your booking and date Required, The deposit does come off your total amount and the rest to be paid on the day of hire.
We now require non-refundable deposits on all bookings this is 30% of the total amount. This is due to inflatables being booked out then was being cancelled either on the day or few days before the date, leaving potential customers unable to hiring and taking there custom to someone else with the same item, we will refund deposits if the weather is deemed un-hireable or if more then 28days notice is given regarding cancellation, If cancellation is due to isolating or a positive case within your household we will transfer your deposit to another date of your choice on a future booking, we would not refund this back. The deposits are non-refundable unless for any reason we have to cancel then the refund of all money will be paid back.
Payments for events and schools.
payments on invoice these have to be paid before the day of event, if not followed this could result in additional charges to the amount of the booking this could also mean the booking not going ahead due to no payment.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged and will incur charges. please email to see if we can accommodate your required times
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible LARGER ITEMS NEED SPACE FOR A TROLLEY TO FIT THROUGH this can not be dragged or lifted due to the size, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
