The rolling log is one of the hardest challenges to tackle, spinning the log beneath your feet to try and throw you off onto the padded inflatable crash mat either side.

Go head to head with your opponent to see who can stay on for the longest, or incorporate it into your assault course by challenging players to get from one side to the other without crashing out.

To make things even harder, the spinning log has a black and yellow striped barber’s pole effect, which appears to move from one end to the other, playing tricks on your eyes and making it even more difficult to stay upright as you cross the spinning log.
